That’s right!!  CSLI has the amazing honour of welcoming Ruky Abdulai to speak to our student body. Ruky is on of the world’s best long jumpers, and a very accomplished runner and high jumper. She has won 17 national championship titles, she competed for Canada in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, and in 2008 she set the Canadian record of 6.72 meters! Ruky also worked hard to learn English, so she could come to Canada to study and compete.
Truly an outstanding athlete and competitor, Ruky is an impressive individual with great drive and talent. Monday morning, at 10:30am, Feb 7th, CSLI students and staff will get a once in a lifetime opportunity to hear her speak and meet her in person. Go Ruky!!
